Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of the YourArt website, Design Agent, generation tools, infinite canvas, and related services. Sections 5–7 are YourArt's Acceptable Use Policy.

Using YourArt
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
Credits and paid services
Some actions use prepaid credits purchased in one-time transactions. YourArt shows an estimated credit cost before generation when available, while the final charge may reflect the completed request. Purchased credits do not expire. Prices and payment terms shown at checkout form part of these terms.
Refund policy
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits from that purchase have been used. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase only if all credits from that purchase remain unused. We also provide a full refund for duplicate or erroneous charges, and rights required by applicable law remain unaffected. To request a refund, email support@yourart.app from your registered account email and include the transaction ID and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider. Credits automatically returned to your balance after a recorded failed generation are service adjustments, not cash refunds. Credits purchased more than 7 days ago, used credits, promotional or free credits, and purchases associated with an account terminated for violations are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content and generated results
You retain the rights you have in content you upload and in generated results to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant model provider's terms. You give YourArt the limited permission needed to process, store, transmit, and review content to operate and protect the service. You are responsible for having the rights required for anything you submit or publish and for reviewing generated results before use.
Acceptable Use Policy: prohibited content
You must not use YourArt to generate, upload, edit, store, or distribute: Pornography, sexually explicit, or NSFW content; Violence or gore, or material that promotes or facilitates violence; Hate speech or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics; child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors; Deepfakes or impersonation of real people, including non-consensual sexual deepfakes or deceptive uses; or content that infringes copyright or trademark rights. We also prohibit content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism, mass violence, or weapons of mass destruction; fraud, illegal activity, privacy violations, malicious code, spam, or attempts to bypass safety, access, or billing controls.
Content moderation and reporting
YourArt and its AI model providers use automated safety controls that may analyze prompts, uploads, generated results, and usage signals. Requests or outputs may be blocked or flagged, and reported or flagged items may be manually reviewed when appropriate. We assess context, severity, and repeated behavior, but do not promise that every item is manually reviewed before generation. Report suspected violations, CSAM, impersonation, or intellectual-property infringement to support@yourart.app and include any relevant URL, task or project identifier, and details. We protect reporter confidentiality where reasonably practicable; malicious or knowingly false reports may themselves be treated as abuse.
Enforcement, suspension, and termination
Depending on severity, harm, and repeated behavior, we may issue a warning, reject a request, remove content, restrict features or access, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant evidence, and report activity to rights holders or authorities when required or permitted by law. CSAM, facilitation of terrorism or extremism, weapons-of-mass-destruction instructions, credible threats, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes may result in immediate termination and reporting. Critical actions may occur without prior notice; otherwise, we will provide notice when reasonably practicable. You may request review of an enforcement decision by emailing support@yourart.app.
Third-party models and services
YourArt can connect to third-party AI models and service providers. Their availability, safety controls, output, processing times, and separate terms may affect a request. Generated output can be inaccurate or unsuitable, so you must review it before relying on or publishing it.
Availability, changes, and questions
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may revise these terms as YourArt changes. We will update the date above for material revisions. For questions about these terms, billing, refunds, reports, or appeals, email support@yourart.app.
