We collect account and profile details, prompts, uploaded assets, generated results, project data, usage and device information, service logs, transaction records, safety reports, and moderation records needed to provide the service. Payment processors handle full payment-card details on their own systems.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure YourArt, complete generation and editing requests, maintain projects, process credits and payments, provide support, detect, review, and enforce prohibited uses, and improve product reliability and usability.
AI model providers and service partners
To complete a task, YourArt may send prompts, uploaded assets, and related instructions to the AI model provider selected for that task, which may apply its own safety checks. We also use infrastructure, analytics, authentication, storage, and payment partners where needed to operate the service. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, rights, or the platform, or respond to a valid legal request.
Retention and security
We keep information, including safety and moderation records, for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, investigate abuse, and protect the platform. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
